1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed and leaves our facility, the estimated delivery time is 6 to 12 business days. This timeframe begins after the order processing period and is an estimate provided by our logistics partners. Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, such as customs procedures or local carrier delays.

3. Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. You can use this information to get the most up-to-date delivery status.

4. Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you need to correct your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@altfragrancesusmalls.com. We will make every effort to update the information if your order has not yet been processed for shipment.

5. Delivery Completion & Issues
A delivery attempt will be made by the local carrier. If you are not available, they may leave the package at your door, with a neighbor, or a delivery notice with instructions. It is your responsibility to follow up with the carrier based on their protocols if the package is not received. Please inspect your package upon delivery. If it appears damaged, we recommend refusing the delivery or noting the damage with the carrier. For any delivery issues or if your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date so we can assist you.

6. International Orders
All shipments are priced in USD. For international orders, please be aware that your local customs office may assess duties, taxes, or fees upon import. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, as determined by the laws of the destination country. altfragrancesusmalls has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
