Refund Policy

At altfragrancesusmalls, we are dedicated to your complete satisfaction with our designer-inspired fragrances. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any item. To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@altfragrancesusmalls.com within the 30-day window. Include your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on where to send your package.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a wrong or damaged item).

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

Only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for any products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original sealed condition. This is to ensure the integrity and quality of our fragrances for all customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@altfragrancesusmalls.com within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly cover the cost of shipping for the replacement and will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
